A Resale Document Package is a packet (aka CIC Documents, or Common Interest Community Documents) of Association information provided to buyers purchasing a condominium or a residential property which is located in a covenant controlled community. The packet provides the terms for which the homeowner in the community are bound and includes a complete set of recorded documents that govern your Association; including financial information, meeting minutes, the governing documents, policies, rules and regulations and the certificate of insurance for the Association.
A Status Letter is a document prepared by the Association ordered by the Title Company or Closer prior to closing. The status letter provides the information on current status of the property, including how much the association dues are, due dates, current standing of payments and the balance of any outstanding amount the title company needs to collect at the closing table.
A Condo Questionnaire is a document ordered by lenders to gather information about the Association. This information is used by underwriters to approve a loan. The Association may complete the questionnaire provided by the lender or can provide a customized questionnaire prepared by the Association.
